GoCanopy Reviews & Product Details

GoCanopy is built for institutional investment managers. It turns the documents real estate investment teams already receive (offering memoranda, rent rolls, lease schedules, asset management reports, Excel models) into structured, searchable data. No manual entry, no retyping into a CRM. Forward a document to GoCanopy and the platform extracts the key data, standardises it, and adds it to your firm's private database. Every deal you screen, whether you close it or pass, becomes queryable history. Ask questions like "what logistics deals have we seen in the Netherlands above €50M" or "which leases across our portfolio expire in the next 18 months" and get answers grounded in your own documents, with every figure traceable back to its source page. What teams use it for: Deal screening: get a structured first read on an inbound IM in minutes instead of hours, and benchmark it against every comparable deal your team has seen. Underwriting and IC prep: pull tenant, lease, and market data from your own deal history into memos and analysis, with source references your investment committee can verify. Asset management: track lease expiries, rent reviews, and leasing opportunities across the portfolio from the same data layer, so acquisition insights carry into ownership. Institutional memory: when analysts rotate or MDs leave, their deal knowledge stays in the system instead of leaving with them.
