It's efficient in performance, and I appreciate that the exercises for attendees are well specified, complete with helpful images. The fact that the labs are consistently updated with the Microsoft platform is a plus, thanks to the ongoing delivery of changes. Additionally, the support from Go Deploy is quite responsive; whenever I have an issue and contact the support team, they respond in less than ten minutes, which is crucial for me as a trainer. I also value the virtual environment, as it simulates a real environment effectively, and the Azure credits are well configured for exercises. The easy setup process makes it convenient to log in and set up a lab environment for training. **What do you dislike about go deploy Labs?** Okay. The improvement Okay. Mean, nothing is perfect. Sometime, there it seems like there are performance issue in some labs. There are some labs that are not up to date, and I don't know if it depend on Microsoft or on GoDeploy. So it could be really helpful. If there is a freight frequently process to update the lab or to be informed by Microsoft if there is a lab that should be updated. Yes. I really appreciate the current state, but for improvement, it could be helpful if all the lab described what all the steps in the labs works fine. **What problems is go deploy Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use go deploy Labs to create a virtual environment for delivering training, which helps attendees smoothly follow exercises with clear descriptions and images. Buying labs for a large group of students can be stressful, but knowing that their team is responsive and technically skilled gives me total peace of mind. **What do you dislike about go deploy Labs?** The only significant downside is that since some labs rely directly on Microsoft’s own cloud infrastructure and tenant-provisioning, any issues on Microsoft’s end—directly impact the go deploy labs. I wish there were a way for the labs to be completely independent of these external dependencies so that our classes wouldn't be affected by Microsoft’s global service spikes **What problems is go deploy Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a training provider, our biggest challenge was the technical overhead of setting up student environments. go deploy completely solves this by providing pre-configured, reliable labs that launch instantly in a browser. The biggest benefit to us has been operational efficiency. We no longer waste the first few hours of a course troubleshooting local installation issues or hardware incompatibilities.
