There is not much I dislike so far. The interface can feel a little dense at first because there are many features, but once you understand where everything is, it becomes much easier to use. The videos and explanations could have had more information, like how to set up spreadsheets and what not to include in them. I had information in my spreadsheet that I wasn't using in the email, and it would have been good for the video to tell you to take out any unnecessary information. Also, I had issues with adding links from Google Drive into the Attachment column because multiple links would copy into one cell instead of one link per cell.
