"Glean Delivers Thorough Answers and Streamlines Document Creation"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

Glean does a great job at understanding what I'm asking and asking follow-up questions where needed to give me an even more thorough response. It's great at helping me create documents and at understanding which connectors to utilize and get the answer I'm looking for.

I find that the interface is really clean and easy to understand as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I find the platform can be quite slow at times, even when I switch to a different model. Sometimes the quality of the document creation wavers, even when I’m using the same information and the same prompt.

When creating new agents with the workflow view, I find it hard to test at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive and Efficient for Knowledge Lookup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I love how interactive Glean is, making it feel like I'm talking to my own company knowledge base internal AI agent. I appreciate how easy it is to use, with a UI that's great and interactive, allowing me to talk to Glean, refine my message, or ask for results. It saves me time because I can validate information quickly before going to my team and it allows tribal knowledge to live in a centralized repository. The interactive interactivity is really great as I can refine a search, drill down into specifics, or pivot on the fly, which is very helpful. Glean makes me more productive since I can quickly look something up without relying on someone else's schedule. It's so useful that I can't imagine working at a company without it as a new hire. Being able to quickly interact as the company grows is especially beneficial, and having information at my fingertips is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Document Access and Boosts Efficiency"
4/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like that Glean holds all of our internal systems and data, making it easy to pull what I need. It pulls up the documents I already have without requiring me to search for them or input any new information, so I can start working right away. This feature has significantly cut down my time by 70%, ensuring all the data is within the system without me having to add anything extra. The initial setup was very easy, just a couple of clicks, and I appreciate that hassle-free start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I just don't use it that much, so I just don't know all the capabilities. I'm not sure how to upload, like, screenshots to it. And that sort of thing would definitely be helping out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Collaborative and Concise, But Needs Better Tab Reference"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I really like how collaborative Glean is across so many sources, which is especially useful for my day-to-day tasks like email and spreadsheet analysis. Its ability to be concise is great for handling large data sets by getting rid of redundancy and helping me arrive at a concise, condensed logic. I also appreciate its analytical ability for company-wide research. Using Glean was really easy to set up, and its comprehensive day-to-day uses work well for me. What do you dislike about Glean?

Sometimes it fails to read the correct tab when I have multiple tabs open in a doc like a Google Doc. I wish it would reference the tab I'm on, as occasionally it gives me information about an adjacent tab and not the one I'm on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trusted Company Search, Though Slack Indexing Can Miss"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I find Glean’s chat-first interface really helpful. I love that it attributes sources and lets me click through to verify things. If it misses something in Slack, I can ask it to double-check and do a deeper search. Being able to verify answers helps me trust it more. It also helps me start my search and find the next step quickly. I use it to find company documents and materials, track down source documents and approvals, and learn about topics or campaigns I’m not looped into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

Sometimes Glean doesn't index all the Slack messages I'm looking for. When I know something exists but Glean doesn't pull it up, I want to know why and whether Glean has access to the data. I also don't know how to report a problem or what next step to take. It would help if I could report the issue or be directed to our Glean Slack channel or a help center, and make a ticket with the CIT team if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy-to-Use, and Accurate Answers with Glean"

What do you like best about Glean?

Glean is fast, easy to use, and it consistently responds with accurate answers compared with other AI tools. It’s a tool I’d feel comfortable recommending to my coworkers because it helps me get what I need quickly without extra hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

So far, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about Glean. I’m on the Procurement team, and the only thing I’d like Glean to improve is the pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean Integrations That Boost Onboarding Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

The user interface of Glean is very easy to use, and the integrations that can be made to it, like connecting all the enterprise apps like Slack, Google Sheets, etc., are really easy. Also, if a complete prompt is added, the performance of the agent is really good. It has helped us with support for onboarding of new employees and supporting the team on tooling access as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

One of the things which I dislike about Glean is sometimes the agent does not perform well, even if the prompt is complete and has all the instructions added to it. It doesn't give me the correct result. For example, when I want to fetch hyperlinks from a spreadsheet, a lot of times incorrect hyperlinks are given by the agent, and a lot of times it has been observed that even though the instructions are given completely to the agent, the text is not hyperlinked. It is just given as a complete link itself, which looks very messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Blazing-Fast Speed That Delivers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

It brings all the company context together into usable and quick access information for the user. I also like the API endpoints it exposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

No major points about what I disagree with or don't like about Glean. I don't know why the latest models are not available, like the cutting-edge Frontier models like 5.6. I think that I don't know if it's company configuration or if it's Glean deciding that. I feel like the latest model is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, Fast Knowledge Hub with Powerful Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

We use Glean to centralize our knowledge base, and it’s very convenient to have everything in one place. It lets us quickly search for topics, create agents that can answer specific questions, and also gives us a centralized hub to use different models.

The UI is straightforward and chat-based, and the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence make it especially powerful. Since it looks like other chat AI tools, it feels familiar and is easy to start using right away, so onboarding people is pretty easy, since they feel at home using a tool that is similar to customer ones.

The models available are solid, the answers are fast, and most of the time the results are relevant. It also allows us to cut subscription costs and use Glean as the central place for AI usage in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I believe the thing that I don't like is when the responses are not relevant to my search, but I believe that reflects more on the quality or our data then tha tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Knowledge Access Boosts Efficiency, Though PowerPoint Needs Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I use Glean to make myself more efficient as a nurse informaticist, and it helps with QAs, document building, and thought partnership. I like that it connects to all my company’s resources, so I have that data at my fingertips when I have access to it. Its ability to pull knowledge is very helpful and lets me get updated on anything in seconds, especially when I’ve been off work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I think Glean's PowerPoint creation could definitely get a bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
