"Visibility I Can't Live Without"
5/5
What do you like best about Glassdoor?

Glassdoor grants me the visibility I need when exploring company options & deciding whether or not the culture and opportunities are relevant to me. It's insightful to understand the perspective from current employees regarding how the internal operations run & whether or not I can meaningfully see myself working for that company. We've made a professional shift to a more employee-centric way of working & Glassdoor helps me understand the important aspects: salary, work/life balance, leadership effectiveness, resources for personal development, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glassdoor?

Glassdoor does have premium features that you cannot access without providing details that are personal to me that I would not like to share on a public site. Other than that, Glassdoor grants me access & visibility to be able to complete deeper research for target employers & even for prospecting purposes in my current role. It's good to walk in like you know the place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with glassdoor."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glassdoor?

I am using this for the past 10 years before all my interviews and thanks to this platform and people who take time and share honest experiences and feedback about their interviews which helped me in all my interviews. All the interview structures, questionnaires, patterns were the same as other users shared. There is few more information which helps you to decide whether you want to accept the offer or decline, such as salary details, work culture etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glassdoor?

I don't like when people share misleading information and that impacts us professionally those accounts should be blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
