It is easy to use since supporting learning tutorials are available. The tool is economical in a way that it favors small companies and is also cheap to maintain. Projects can be easily tracked by team members. **What do you dislike about Gladys?** It tends to be slow when yure dealing with complex projects at a time. **What problems is Gladys solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to run and track all our projects in this too. It has the option of portfolio management that allows me to visualize my business projects in real time, see Gantt schedules, availability of resources in time, and control costs and delays **What do you dislike about Gladys?** does not have a demo tutorial that facilitates the user the necessary driving to manage and start using this fantastic tool from the first day does not have an integrated conference chat that would help to have interaction between teams it does not integrate with other applications such as Dropbox or LinkedIn **Recommendations to others considering Gladys:** It is a product that offers the most sophisticated task / project management that exists today in the market. No doubt Gladys competes with top applications at a better price and specialized service **What problems is Gladys solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have integrated this tool in the company version as a solution based on the cloud to have customization options such as portfolio management, resource management, monitoring time and more optimized dashboard and 250 GB storage. Our company is now able to attend hundreds of activities thanks to the team in charge along with this powerful tool and solve the problems of projects that were not delivered in time due to an organizational disorder. ### 3. Virtual workspaces for any kind of organization, projects and tasks management, to-do lists, ideas management, creative communities management with collaborative inspiration collections... and many more. I use it every day with my team. Because there are tools for task management, planning, a place to leave ideas and discussions to be held in the industry, file sharing, messaging that facilitates communication in the company especially in the sector where I work, etc. It becomes a set of solutions that fit the needs of the company, greatly improving the communication, efficiency, and organization of the company, especially in my sector that deals with a lot of documents and requires greater communication. **What do you dislike about Gladys?** Despite what was said earlier, this software still needs a review of its design and tool enhancement, so that we can manage tasks in more detail and have statistics that show our daily, monthly, and annual performance. **What problems is Gladys solving and how is that benefiting you?** With this tool, I can manage accounting projects more practically, making necessary corrections and additions, as well as planning from the client's request, budget execution, sending and agreement with the client to the final signature. There is so much you can do with Gladys, it is not just limited to team management but you can also upload photos, make templates, track the project time. Before we had to use everything separately, use canva for pictures, gmail for messaging and other software for other tasks. With Gladys everything became a breeze. **What do you dislike about Gladys?** I displace how there is a white background so it is a bit hard on the eyes with prolonged use. When you are using this at night the screen can be a tad bit bright and hard to look at, it would be nice for added color schemes for the background. **Recommendations to others considering Gladys:** If your team is looking to do either task management planning collecting ideas file sharing or messaging sharing inspiration then Gladys is the software for you **What problems is Gladys solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used this to manage how everyone in the team connects with each other. It is very simple and easy to use, the icons are on big tabs so it is easy to see. Everything is displayed in a timely manner. I love the fact that even photos are available and the project portfolios are all in one place.You can also sync whatever files you had on your google drive to Gladys, it really takes the best of both worlds. I would defiantly recommend this for anyone that is managing a team. ### 9.
