The plug-in is easy to use. **What problems is GiveWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before GiveWP, I was using a form plug-in and would have to customize the notification emails and use conditionals. We're thrilled with the product! **What problems is GiveWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to provide users the opportunity to give to our project. It was a pleasure to speak with Amanda. **What do you dislike about GiveWP?** I wish phone support was readily available. **What problems is GiveWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a robust donation process where donations are promptly acknowledged. The documentation is easy, and it really is pretty simple out-the-box to install and set-up. **What do you dislike about GiveWP?** I would say maybe more videos on how to troubleshoot or how to set-up and use? I would say the price is pretty decent for what you get. I installed it and used it with Braintree, and although it wasn't seamless it was pretty simple to use. **Recommendations to others considering GiveWP:** Give it a try. I think it is a good solution for non-profits to take advantage of taking donations. It works well for WordPress and it is pretty easily connected to whatever payment method you are looking to use, in my case I used Braintree. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to take donations on their website. **What problems is GiveWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that I am solving with GiveWP is I am able to take donations on the website and connect with Braintree to take credit card information. It helps track and is a nice tool when creating forms to take donations. Styling the form is easily done, and setting it up is really easy as well. It works really well for the price. The documentation and support mean that if anything is above my skillset, I can learn how to control the plugin myself. The amount of options, integrations, and settings allow me to build the perfect campaigns. **What do you dislike about GiveWP?** I wish that I could add social media sharing buttons to the end of forms so that my donors can post about the campaign that they just contributed to. I hope that this is somehting that may be added to the plugin in the future. **Recommendations to others considering GiveWP:** Read the documentation fully before using! You may find some really valuable nuggets of information that save you time in the end. **What problems is GiveWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've accepted more donations than ever using GiveWP. I've used it for clients and found that they were overjoyed with how easy it is to use.
