Alex Coleman seems to always go above and beyond when assisting with my tickets! Alex spent quite a considerable amount of time troubleshooting another connected issue and kept me in the loop the whole time including photos and video of what was going on, even working through some of my other custom code to try to spot out other potential problems. This type of service is above and beyond many other support teams where I have gotten messages like "we do not assist with custom code at all." So, thank you so much Alex!

I will admit, it took a while to get assistance because I was asking for custom-code assistance with an extension I was trying to work out with one of the paid add-ons which required the developer's input.

I love GiveWP. Our donations have increased 10-fold since implementing it into our giving strategy. I love the ease and flexibility of building the forms, for this non-tech person, that is a must. I am most grateful for their priority support team which always responds quickly when I run into any issue at all - remember, I am afraid of websites. The peer-to-peer module needs a little more work, and the "double your donation" fee platform needs to be improved. The cost of "double your donation" is steep for smaller NFP organizations that do not know what your donation rates will be. The way it is currently structured, you could be accepting donations just to cover the module cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface for donors is simple and straightforward. I chose it to capture recurring donations, and it has done just that. Amanda was great with helping me get it initially set up. My only "complaint" is working with support to get something fixed - however, the problem was finally resolved. As a small nonprofit director who has to wear many hats, dealing with technology can be extremely frustrating. And, with smaller-sized tech companies, they often don't have robust technical support. Because I was limited to emailing my issues (donors were not able to login to their dashboards), it felt like it took a lot longer than necessary to fix the problem. There was a lot of back and forth and missed understanding on both sides. The platform is turnkey for simple use cases, works with the most popular payment processors, and is well supported. The ability to host forms natively within Wordpress is vastly superior to other platforms that require embeds or external pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
