The ease of use, from installing the plugin, to using it, GetSocial is very easy to use. They have just about every social networking link installed, at your fingertips, and ready to activate.

Not much to dislike; it's pretty straightforward! Just install and start adding the apps you want to include, to get your site pointed to all the social networking sites!

Follow installation guidelines, be sure to read the readme file, and just play with the plugin, adding social networking sites as needed. Super easy!

**What problems is GetSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetSocial made redirecting users to our social networking groups, like Facebook, fast and easy.  I didn't have to take hours to figure out how to redirect users, or spend hours figuring out how to work the plugin - very easy to set up and utilize. I use the app to redirect users to our interactive Fanpage Group on Facebook, or to send emails.

**What do you like best about GetSocial?**

It is a fairly advanced software that replaced the skills of copying and pasting information to different emails, this system is responsible for unifying these terms but in a more efficient way, creating widgets with significant high resolution news, on multiple network platforms social, being one of my qualities that attracts me the most, because with this we can accelerate and determine the organic traffic of these operations in progress, and even provides prevalent data to promote reports and calculate the progress that has been obtained since the moment of their scheduled work, not excluding that it is very sophisticated, in relation to their job performance categories in the facilities of a company.

Although it is a software that is related to the digital marketing of a company, we can highlight that it does not present options for use or alternative functionalities to carry out campaigns through the same platform, which suggests an implementation with more variety of activities when reach of the users residing on these platforms, without excluding that there is a lack of intuitive follow-ups to reinforce analytical skills in the different ethnic and important points of a company.

Easy to set up and excellent support, the loading time is also exceptional, the on-screen pop-ups keep the site lively and interactive with users, you can also automate your posts, detect the perfect target for them, the best times, and even get recommendations to improve their content and also be able to identify trends and analyze the competition, and it's great.

The only drawback is that it takes a little time to get used to it, and on the other hand, I don't like the fact that it lacks integrations, and in addition to being expensive.

In my organization we have analyzed in detail Getsocial has some positive points that I would like to fix in the future, first its platform is not very organized all the tools are scattered and its design is not very striking for a marketing software, has few functions to manage contacts and customer-oriented content management which is a pity because within my organization we make frequent use of these functions but we must use a complementary software finally is quite strong for programming publications but does not have multichannel publications

It is a software designed to optimize content in an efficient way. It uses widgets from different social networks with the intention of increasing the number of users. It is very easy to use and to configure, it does not take much time to get used to use all the functions of the software. It can efficiently identify your best content and then spread it across various social networks. It helps you to invest part of the income in more content for the networks

The web analysis tool is not as complete, there is a lack of tracking objectives, tracking user interactions and tracking time on the page. There are taskbar functions that cannot be used at the same time, which delays the project time. There are few integrations available, which may be a detail to improve

A social network monitoring could be good to make the social network management more complete. A collection of phone numbers in subscriptions may be a good idea. To create more integrations would help a lot

As our current website is too old (can't change CSS files to add installation code) for some features I tried 2 of them 8 tools - integration was fast and results appeared immediately. I like funcionality and simplicity, easy to understand, make changes, add additional channels.

(1) These "Reaction Buttons" might be more like facebook messenger and instagram has, these are just more familiar for users as they are used most. (2) "Send to e-mail" link might appear in clickable text, currently it's long link.

I think the most powerful thing that the tool has is that its monitoring and analysis of data are quite broad and deep allowing to obtain a panoramic view of the real situation. Once this is done, it has a kind of I.A that manages to distribute or allocate the resources to the different networks in the most optimal way possible. That is undoubtedly the best you have, since the data if not well analyzed can lead to a wrong option.

Although it is easy to understand and show how the community that uses it is somewhat reduced, the exchange of strategies and integrated tools, tutorials and supporting documentation seems little compared to similar applications.

The best thing is that before deciding to acquire some plan, you have a complete test of the tool with all its elements, which allows you to obtain a real reading of the product and its capabilities and if it responds to the need we have,

Great tool and big money saver as you know where to push harder , which social media channel works better for your business. A large selection of sharing tools widgets to choose from. The pop up on the screen keep the site alive and interactive with users.

**What do you dislike about GetSocial?**

I was trying the free version, not so much can be done with it, a free full version trial is a must before installing all  codes on our website.

Know where your strong side is, track your social media traffic and save money by directing your sources in that direction, powerfull tool! Know what is the best time to post etc( Also in real time which is nice).
