**What do you like best about GetInChat?**

This tool is easy to use as compared to other chat tools. This tool is easy to install as well. You can even get the transcripts of the chats, Which is a unique feature of this tool. You can transfer the chat easily. This tool also provides per-user information such as location and country etc. It is supportable and compatible with other tools also. Support is accessible very easily. I Used this tool almost on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about GetInChat?**

Initially, I faced difficulties finding basic things like transferring the chat. How to close the chat, but once I get the training from the support it feels easy.

**What problems is GetInChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a chat tool, that could help me connect with my consumers and vice versa in a textual form of communication. It helps to share an update with my customers. My customers can get in touch quickly through chat communication.
