**What do you like best about GetCurious?**

UserStudy is a truly innovative product and makes usability testing super easy. Product teams with limited time to research can easily get started with research using UserStudy.

You can choose to do both moderated as well as non-moderated user studies! 
You can create various journeys to research / test / get feedback on various aspects.

The platform helps in onboarding various users to test or validate ideas / flows / product you want to get feedback on.

Especially the AI feature really helps in extracting insights from transcripts super easily.

**What do you dislike about GetCurious?**

Nothing major that I could find out.
Would appreciate if there would have been the capability to tag my teammates to a specific study.

**What problems is GetCurious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Normally, to do a user study, we would have to hire an agency which helps us find participating users and then conduct research and share insights. This is a expensive and time taking process. With User study, I can now quickly get feedbacks from real users on smallest of the things I need insights on. 
It helps us do User research rapidly and at scale.

**What do you like best about GetCurious?**

We have used UserStudy primarily for recruiting participants for product research and have been very happy with their participant quality. They have been able to recruit some very niche participants with them and with this finally setup a continuous research cadence within the product team. It is a source for customer voice which is used daily within the team.

It was easy to get started with 1-2 training sessions.

**What do you dislike about GetCurious?**

The platform has sometimes been slow when cutting multiple reels at quick succession.

Support has been helpful in getting this issue resolved

**What problems is GetCurious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserStudy combines a single platform for different research methods into one platform at an affordable rate. Combining participant recruitment & research methods (unmoderated & moderated) has greatly reduced our time to get insights which are critical in our product roadmap.

**What do you like best about GetCurious?**

UserStudy is a user research tool which is very simple to use yet powerful. We wanted a tool to get onboarding feedback on our browser app on an ongoing basis. UserStudy was very easy to set up and gave us good findings in a matter of hours. I am trying out different testing types (they have a template repository too) and loving the ease with which I can collect real user feedback.

Participant quality was very good too - all seemed genuine and unlike testers. Based on testing done, participant quality seemed much better than most agencies we have used in the past. Need to test for other geographies too.

**What do you dislike about GetCurious?**

While using the platform, the video recordings were mostly HD but it was slower to load on wi-fi. I sometimes had to wait a few seconds before the video loaded. Hope they bring video quality preferences so that I can adjust based on my internet connection.

**What problems is GetCurious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User research is a slow process and as a product manager I don’t have a lot of time/patience to do it. UserStudy brings together both the tool and participants which helps get user insights super-fast. We are using it to continuously test our brand perception (logo, tagline preference), content copy and feature understandability.

**What do you like best about GetCurious?**

UserStudy is a total game-changer for us in user research! It's like have a turbocharged engine for gathering insights. I love how we can dive deep into user behaviour with video, audio and screenshare. This tool has truely supercharged our user research process.

**What do you dislike about GetCurious?**

UserStudy offers some great advantages, but the user interface feels a bit overwhemling at times, making it less user-friendly as we hoped. Other than that I have no dislikes.

**What problems is GetCurious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserStudy is addressing the challenge of conducting comprehensive user research effciently. The convenience of the participate panel for quick recruitment allow team to focus on valuable insights and enhancing the quality of our products.

I like how easy it is to reach a large audience and get useful data.

I wish there was a better training method. It took me a while to figure out the website.

It's helping me figure out the best way to advertise jobs. We get answers from people that we use to incorporate in our ads.
