What do you like best about GetCurious?

UserStudy is a truly innovative product and makes usability testing super easy. Product teams with limited time to research can easily get started with research using UserStudy.

You can choose to do both moderated as well as non-moderated user studies!

You can create various journeys to research / test / get feedback on various aspects.

The platform helps in onboarding various users to test or validate ideas / flows / product you want to get feedback on.

Especially the AI feature really helps in extracting insights from transcripts super easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetCurious?

What do you like best about GetCurious?

We have used UserStudy primarily for recruiting participants for product research and have been very happy with their participant quality. They have been able to recruit some very niche participants with them and with this finally setup a continuous research cadence within the product team. It is a source for customer voice which is used daily within the team.

What do you dislike about GetCurious?

The platform has sometimes been slow when cutting multiple reels at quick succession.

What do you like best about GetCurious?

UserStudy is a user research tool which is very simple to use yet powerful. We wanted a tool to get onboarding feedback on our browser app on an ongoing basis. UserStudy was very easy to set up and gave us good findings in a matter of hours. I am trying out different testing types (they have a template repository too) and loving the ease with which I can collect real user feedback.

Participant quality was very good too - all seemed genuine and unlike testers. Based on testing done, participant quality seemed much better than most agencies we have used in the past. Need to test for other geographies too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetCurious?

While using the platform, the video recordings were mostly HD but it was slower to load on wi-fi. I sometimes had to wait a few seconds before the video loaded. Hope they bring video quality preferences so that I can adjust based on my internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetCurious?

UserStudy is a total game-changer for us in user research! It's like have a turbocharged engine for gathering insights. I love how we can dive deep into user behaviour with video, audio and screenshare. This tool has truely supercharged our user research process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetCurious?

UserStudy offers some great advantages, but the user interface feels a bit overwhemling at times, making it less user-friendly as we hoped. Other than that I have no dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
