The ease of use for administrator, manager, and volunteer has been the biggest plus for us. No more training sessions with exasperated organization staff. Whenever I have a question, I can usually find the answer in their online help guide. Also, their customer service responds to other questions really quickly. The initiatives module makes planning large scale events and group-specific events a really easy and simple process. **What do you dislike about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital?** The default notifications can be overwhelming for agency managers. Also, sometimes, important volunteer notifications can get caught in some companies' high security email systems. **What problems is Get Connected by Galaxy Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** Galaxy Digital's Get Connected software has allowed our organization to offer a central volunteer hub for our county, which has not existed before. ### 3.
