Also, the ability to replay user actions in video mode (this is really cool!) I also like support for services such as IIS, and support for backend technologies in general. Mobile platform support also seems very promising. Javascript Console Event Logger helped to detect several errors in scripts that were missed during the development / testing of the site. It is very good that there is an opportunity to see such errors in production with real users. **What do you dislike about Germain UX?** The timeline is not fully visible when the session is replayed. There is no more detailed description of the items on the dashboard. For example, it's not clear how User click and Mouse clicks differ. **What problems is Germain UX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking the actions of support specialists on the site.
