For that price you will expect this level of consistency, and it has been delivered in this case. When I first started, the live chat helped me choose the best plan because I wasn't sure how much bandwidth we would actually require. Instead of just directing me to the most expensive option, they provided me with a realistic estimate based on what I described. I'm grateful for that. **What do you dislike about Geonix?** Link rotation wasn't available on all carriers. I didn't notice this at first. I expected that it will be available for every carrier **What problems is Geonix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Geonix allows me maintaining branded accounts across platforms without losing access or setting off security checks. Most proxy providers give you slow proxies sometimes, but Geonix proxies are always fast. Another thing I appreciate is their 24/7 live chat support; they're always there to help and the support is fast and attentive. They also replace any proxy for free if requested, which is a big plus since other companies don't offer that. The initial setup was very easy and their support helped a lot with that, which made the process smooth for me. **What do you dislike about Geonix?** I cannot use web.whatsapp.com right now with Geonix, as they are blocking it. Geonix now is a part of my stack. Utilization is great, their interface is easy to use - it is just one click to choose the cities I want my proxies in, which is a must for a volunteer tester of any geo-targeted ads. It was crazy how simple it was for me to implement their rotating residential proxies into a scraping tool I used, in just a few minutes. With the features it has, such as targeting by city, and built-in proxy checking, I save a bunch of time which helps me ensure that IPs are clean and good for our customers! I am a very regular user, almost daily, and the connections are always fast and keep high quality. **What do you dislike about Geonix?** It’s difficult to find any really serious faults at the price. If I could say something there should be improved is that it would the integration is not that easy as they said. Their API is strong, but there could be more use-case examples for developers new to proxy integration in some of the early setup guides. This was a small issue though, and their customer service gave me some great responses when I contacted them. **What problems is Geonix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Geonix addresses the life streaming problem of IP blocks and geo restrictions on competitive intelligence in PPC. Before I started to use it, scraping and checking for competitor ads would often block me from ad platforms which led to lost time or incomplete data. With Geonix’ rotating residential IPs I can scrape all competitor strategies, ad copy, and landing pages around the globe wide enough for it to fly under the radar. This works out great for me… because it produces the clean data I need in order to create targeted, strategic and successful PPC campaigns that get results (that is, increase their ROI). ### 5. I was able to launch an ad campaign in the location I needed, and I used my proxy both on my phone and PC — it worked the same everywhere, and my real IP was not detected. Overall service is great, but I noted strange thing - when I log into my account, “Log in” is still displayed in the top-right corner, which is misleading. They have quite a lot of offers and different types of proxies, excellent conditions and good discounts. Proxies are reliable, fast and stable.
