Geonix Pricing Overview

For myself as a PPC specialist running campaigns across the world I cannot compromise on good proxies for precise competitor analysis/ad checking. Geonix now is a part of my stack. Utilization is great, their interface is easy to use - it is just one click to choose the cities I want my proxies in, which is a must for a volunteer tester of any geo-targeted ads. It was crazy how simple it was for me to implement their rotating residential proxies into a scraping tool I used, in just a few minutes. With the features it has, such as targeting by city, and built-in proxy checking, I save a bunch of time which helps me ensure that IPs are clean and good for our customers! It’s difficult to find any really serious faults at the price. If I could say something there should be improved is that it would the integration is not that easy as they said. Their API is strong, but there could be more use-case examples for developers new to proxy integration in some of the early setup guides. The proxies themselves are generally good quality, fast, and perform well when they are active. Connection speeds are solid and the IP quality has been good in my experience. The biggest problem I have with Geonix is the combination of an unclear Fair Usage Policy and a very disappointing support experience.

I have spent more than $2,000 with Geonix, so I am not a casual or free user. I contacted support many times because I wanted to continue using the service and even offered to pay more for a custom plan with higher or clearer usage limits. I was genuinely trying to find a solution that would work for both sides.

Unfortunately, some of my support tickets were simply closed without properly resolving the issue or even asking whether I was satisfied with the answer. As a paying customer, that felt extremely unprofessional.

The Fair Usage Policy itself is also very difficult to understand or plan around. I have had proxies stop working while there were still around 23 days remaining on the paid subscription period. There is no clear per-IP bandwidth limit shown in advance, so it is difficult to know how much usage is actually allowed before restrictions are applied.

At one point, support told me that a manager would contact me to discuss my case. The manager did contact me, but ultimately said he could not offer anything beyond the standard plans already available on the website. That made the escalation feel pointless.

The frustrating part is that the proxies themselves are actually good, fast, and generally high quality. I would have been willing to pay more and continue expanding my usage if Geonix offered transparent limits, proper high-usage plans, and more professional support for larger customers.

For a customer spending thousands of dollars and actively asking to pay more for a suitable plan, I expected a much better level of communication and flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
