The biggest problem I have with Geonix is the combination of an unclear Fair Usage Policy and a very disappointing support experience.

I have spent more than $2,000 with Geonix, so I am not a casual or free user. I contacted support many times because I wanted to continue using the service and even offered to pay more for a custom plan with higher or clearer usage limits. I was genuinely trying to find a solution that would work for both sides.

Unfortunately, some of my support tickets were simply closed without properly resolving the issue or even asking whether I was satisfied with the answer. As a paying customer, that felt extremely unprofessional.

The Fair Usage Policy itself is also very difficult to understand or plan around. I have had proxies stop working while there were still around 23 days remaining on the paid subscription period. There is no clear per-IP bandwidth limit shown in advance, so it is difficult to know how much usage is actually allowed before restrictions are applied.

At one point, support told me that a manager would contact me to discuss my case. The manager did contact me, but ultimately said he could not offer anything beyond the standard plans already available on the website. That made the escalation feel pointless.

The frustrating part is that the proxies themselves are actually good, fast, and generally high quality. I would have been willing to pay more and continue expanding my usage if Geonix offered transparent limits, proper high-usage plans, and more professional support for larger customers.

Rock-solid infrastructure. Across weeks of daily automated use, the proxies themselves never let us down: authentication and tunnels were up 10 out of 10 every single time we checked, with response times around 1-2 seconds. Whenever we had trouble reaching a target site, we could always confirm the proxy layer itself was healthy, which made troubleshooting far quicker. Support is the standout. Our 10 IPs had become unusable for one specific target site. We explained the situation and asked for replacements - all 10 were swapped out quickly, without pushback and at no extra cost. The new IPs came spread across several different subnets as we had requested, and credentials and port stayed unchanged, so we could switch over immediately. All 10 worked on the first attempt. Renewing a subscription returns the same IP addresses. That is fine in most cases, but if your IPs have been flagged by a target site, the renewal alone doesn't help - you have to contact support separately to get them replaced. Nothing that would indicate the activity is coming from an unusual source, such as unexpected logouts or verification prompts. For that price you will expect this level of consistency, and it has been delivered in this case.
