The ability to share PDF files instantly with customers, e.g., Credit Applications, catalogues & price lists. The effectiveness with which our database is being plotted and assisting our organization in best planning routes for our representatives. Our company has only recently decided to gradually increase the size of our sales team, and we constantly have to evaluate the validity of employing more sales representatives - Geo Rep assists me with all the needed instruments to ensure we are basing our decisions on actual facts that I am able to extrapolate from my reports. I do not necessarily have anything that I dislike. In South Africa, we are challenged with interruptions in the electricity supply. These issues unfortunately make the use of devices, and therefore CRM systems, quite frustrating as we cannot utilize the products optimally.
