Geo Rep has been more of a business partner than a supplier and has even been instrumental in solving business requirements outside of the Geo Rep Platform. This is the 4th year that we are doing business together, and our reliance on Geo Rep systems has increased year after year because Geo Rep makes things happen as they take the time to understand our business and needs. Process changes have resulted in full visibility into field operations and sales. The impact of this is felt throughout the organization as forms, audits and tasks are shared automatically to various departments automatically. This real-time sharing results in speed to action and better customer service. All field-based activity is also always available with automated reporting via email as well as on the web backend, where the relevant department can easily access all information. The sales department can now set call schedules and tasks to perform within those calls. What I like the most about Geo Rep is its simplicity. Georep is an easy to use tool that gives our sales managers the insight they need into whats going on in the sales field as well as giving our sales reps the ability to capture sales activities and sales calls on the fly on their mobile devices. No more late night sales reports and messy calendars. Information is captures live per visit and sales managers have the ability to log into the portal at any time during the day to get a glance at whats the sales team has been up to in the field including call notes and call specific tasks. We dont see it as a rep monitoring tool but more a sales driven tool giving our reps the ability to manage their day better as well as give the sales managers a tool to better understand a day in the life of a sales rep, handle customer related issues as they happen and get a better insight into a sales reps area and customers. I can not find any downsides or dislikes to using Geo Rep. As with all software and apps issues will arrise and the Georep support team have handled the very little technical issues we might have had like champs. Always avaible and support is instand. They really care and will do everything in their power to resolve an issue even going as far as contacting the affected end user and going through the possible solution step by step. The biggest headache we had prior to using Geo Rep was having sales rep completing endless excel activity reports and emailing them to sales managers on a weekly basis. How do we merge them? How do we report on them? How do we use this data to better understand our business and customer needs? It is impossible. Issues that needed attention would only be discovered a week later. Sales reps would sit after hours completing sales reports and our sales managers would spend countless hours filtering through these excel reports that made no sense. Geo Rep solved this problem. Being a technology-based company ourselves, we use and interact with a lot of software. Geo Rep is simple and transparent to use, and this makes adoption easier. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Geo Rep. The business itself is highly ethical and assisted us during these challenging past 18 months by pausing services and resuming without any additional costs. We love the visibility and speed to action that Geo Rep provides into field activities, the ease of creating + editing backend setup, which then syncs to user Apps. We also require Sales Pipeline CRM functionality which is not yet in Geo Rep. However, we are aware that this feature is currently in development and are excited to be able to use it. What problems is Geo Rep solving and how is that benefiting you? #1 benefit is visiting 30% more of our existing customers in a month and reaching 20% more new customers. These productivity increases have resulted from the planning (call scheduling), reduced admin, and immediate automated reporting against this plan. There is nowhere to hide as we know instantly how field sales staff are performing and can manage/coach towards improvement. The instant quote feature means that clients can get quotes emailed to them even before the Sales Executive. This speed to action results in more sales as customers do not even have time to consider competitors. Sales Executives no longer spend time in the office doing admin as this is all done on Geo Rep at customers and then instantly aggregated into reports delivered automatically via email. We love the text-to-speech functionality for all Tasks and Audits. Easy to use web portal for setup which translates into better field operations using the App. Planning ensures that our vision can be managed through real-time metrics and enables management to coach on insights from the field. I am able to seamlessly set up contracts, forms, audits and surveys with immediate reporting that enables insights from trade in real time. This information is delivered via scheduled emails, which reduces my admin workload. Geo Rep provides a link from the office to the field. Many processes are improved. Amazing support. In-field visibility. The insights that we get from the field can now be quickly translated into actions and further set up as action items on App to be addressed by the correct person. Field users no longer have to come into office to write weekly reports and it is all automated now. We are visiting over 30% more customers as we can now plan call schedules based on customer classification, and there is full visibility + accountability. When new users join, the onboarding is greatly reduced as all customer activity history is on App along with Schedules, Tasks, Sales Order Portal and updated Content Library. Quite simply - ease of use, set up and the quality of the support is unmatched. The difference GeoRep has made to our business in terms of reducing admin, increasing visibility of field operations and providing us with actionable data and insights, has been a game changer. Our trader sales operations have never been more streamline with a mobile app that is tailored to what they need the app to do to manage their performance and productivity out in the field, while the web portal provide easy to use access to managers and business users who require real-time data used to manage targets and campaigns and provide much-needed market insights that drives strategy. GeoRep has been instrumental in re-shaping how we function operationally, by adding custom development and functionality to really make the software fit for our unique requirements and purpose, sometimes anticipating a solution before we even request it. Lastly I have to mention the superb support team, without whom my job would certainly be impossible. With over 200 users, support is crucial, and often time sensitive. The GeoRep support team is not only super efficient and quick to assist, I can honestly say, they are probably the most professional and patient support team I have ever encountered.
