
I like that Genoo has GDPR/PDPA compliance baked in, with region-isolated data storage and processing. It lets us create segregated regional data silos with hard boundaries for EU, APAC, and US, which is crucial for GDPR and APAC PDPA compliance. The initial setup was also pretty straightforward and efficient, allowing our team to complete the entire enterprise setup, including region-locked data silos and compliance rules, in just 4–5 business days. I don't like that Genoo's KPI library is standardized and doesn't allow us to build custom regional KPIs tied to our EU/APAC business goals. This means our regional marketers have to manually calculate these KPIs outside Genoo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
