Customer service is A-1, system is very good and fast. Totally love Genasys and will be with them for years to come.

Nothing, everything is great. Company works hard to make sure everything is great.

Our mass notificaation needs were completely met by purchasing Genasys.

**What do you like best about Genasys Protect?**

I have found to be a reliable product that allows for real-time actionable intel to be distributed.

**What do you dislike about Genasys Protect?**

It can be a little slow sometimes.  When you first open a tab that has not been used for a bit, it uploads everything for months, and I don't need to see old material.

**What problems is Genasys Protect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides actionable intelligence promptly, that allows for information sharing and rapid deployment of resources based upon departmental needs, and call activity.

Simpel to use, consistent throughout the state, and provides information in the same format, regardless of the jurisdiction.

That we had to navigate the name change from ZoneHaven!

Easily communicating evacuations in real time, using one format that is easily understood
