I've been using Norton for several years now, and it really is amazing. It has protected my pc and my mobile devices in an exceptional way, which harmful or potentially dangerous file, quarantines it and removes it if it represents an imminent risk to my devices. Its license is cross-platform, which is a very useful feature, since I can have it on any device. Good panel to control the antivirus settings for our clients installed on the server. The network is secure and allows also to set restrictions for clients. We can block ip's and websites. The keyword blocker is also a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately it is necessaryto install the setup on every single client desktop. It would be more secure if we can just install it directly on the server and it would be installed automatically on every device connected with the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm so happy and fully satisfied with Norton. I've tried AVG and Avast before but Norton gives the best performance.

Pros: I've been using Norton for my PC and Mac for several years now and it has protected both very well. It's very easy to use and customize (i.e. adding some programs to Exception List or Firewall). It detects which programs are a threat and quarantines them immediately. You'll get a notification once that happens and you can make adjustments if needed (if it was detected incorrectly). Their licensing is also cross platform which is a big factor for me. The license can be used on both computers and mobile.

Indian service desk, makes statements that they do not follow through on. Condescending attitude, when asked to speak to a manager they refused. I clicked on a Symantec email, that was a pharming attack. When I called them, they denied responsibility, and refused to support me. Eventually, they said somebody was in my network and I needed to call Cisco. How would a network equipment supplier help me for a network intrusion? I like the Quick Scan feature and Account management that Norton provides to their clients. Its pretty easy to remove and add devices to your license. You can quickly check all your current device and plans online.

Their Customer Support is pretty good. I've been able to solve issues regarding to billing and installation with them. They also improved a lot now days, their software runs faster and consumes less resources in Windows 10 than in Windows 7. I dislike that Norton will show you all your trial versions as in the Current product. I couldn't find a way to clear them out after they expired.
