They are constantly trying to upsell you on features that you don't need. What good is a software that claims to prevent pop-ups when it creates more pop-ups than it blocks? There's no way to turn these off and when I asked customer service about it, they suggested I "ignore those offers" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product itself works well and has many helpful features albeit quite expensive if you want to use it all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Charged me twice for the same plan and because I only caught it 3 months later, they wouldn't offer a refund. Support literally said this: "As I can check, you have been double charged for the same subscription twice from your end...." and STILL wouldn't refund

- When I asked to make sure that my subscription is cancelled and not automatically renewed, this is what support said: "...best I can do for you and I will also disable your automatic renewal so that you will not be charged further for the same" - Needless to say, I was charged AGAIN upon renewal.

This company has fraudulent business practices and is trying to steal money from customers with the hope that it slips their attention or that they wouldn't spend time getting back ~$100.

Indian service desk, makes statements that they do not follow through on. Condescending attitude, when asked to speak to a manager they refused. I clicked on a Symantec email, that was a pharming attack. When I called them, they denied responsibility, and refused to support me. Eventually, they said somebody was in my network and I needed to call Cisco. How would a network equipment supplier help me for a network intrusion? I had to sterilize my digital identity, due to their inept support. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH SYMANTEC or NORTON. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is little I like about Norton's AV or Endpoint Security. I like how you can disable it to make your computer performance slightly better than passable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is extremely heavy and obtrusive. The Norton services are very memory-intensive and noticeably slow down very decent machines. Most users who have it installed are out of date with virus protections - which is even worse than having no AV installed, since they have false security.
