As a recruiter I am in-mailing candidates and setting them up in email sequences which helps me provide consistent follow up on candidates who may rarely check Linkedin. They also do a great job of finding emails, as well as tracking and giving a real look into the data behind your in-mailing metrics. The reporting dashboards, while detailed, can feel overwhelming at times and require some trial and error to fully utilize. Customization options for email templates are somewhat limited, and expanding them would allow for even more personalized outreach. Additionally, the mobile experience is not as strong as the desktop platform, which can make it harder to stay productive on the go. Gem has helped streamline the recruiting process by centralizing outreach, tracking, and candidate relationship management into one platform. It reduces the manual effort involved in sending and monitoring candidate emails, freeing up more time to focus on meaningful conversations. The analytics tools make it easy to track pipeline progress, measure team efficiency, and identify areas where diversity recruiting can be improved. Integrations with LinkedIn and email systems also eliminate duplicate work, helping maintain accuracy and consistency across candidate interactions.
