Flexibly Configurable, But Usage Complexity
I like the different process views in the BIC Platform, especially the matrix view, which provides a good overview of relevant information that is not visualized in the BPMN standard. It's great that we can map RACI responsibilities and applications with it. I also like the ability to make diverse configurations according to our own requirements. I think it's great that specific attributes can be defined for processes and activities, which is very helpful for our organization. Additionally, thanks to the documentation, standard things can be set up quickly and you can easily get started, which allows for a straightforward start.

Honestly I am in love with BIC Platform.
The best feature is it gives you a proper setup for designing your business processes, Rules etc. It gives alot of elements like risk factor , alot of shapes which helps in creating advanced processes very easily.
It even has a full documentary where you can read all the stuff about business.
If you are a startup you must use BIC platform.
