I like the different process views in the BIC Platform, especially the matrix view, which provides a good overview of relevant information that is not visualized in the BPMN standard. It's great that we can map RACI responsibilities and applications with it. I also like the ability to make diverse configurations according to our own requirements. I think it's great that specific attributes can be defined for processes and activities, which is very helpful for our organization. I find it annoying that pages often need to be reloaded because no content is displayed on the first attempt. For example, the favorites are missing on the MyBIC homepage. Honestly I am in love with BIC Platform.

The best feature is it gives you a proper setup for designing your business processes, Rules etc. It gives alot of elements like risk factor , alot of shapes which helps in creating advanced processes very easily.

It even has a full documentary where you can read all the stuff about business.

Having more options to design not only flow charts, but also a variety of other processes as well as standard charts. When create a new process or chart, sometimes you need to take a step back and see the big pictures before jumping in.
