We have integrated it with our old CRM and this saved a lot of time; the sales people found it fun to be competitive. **What do you dislike about Gamifier?** The problem here is that Gamifier’s challenges and rewards are totally set and they cannot be adapted to be as specific for our team as we need. We do have a rather diverse staff in the sales department and what I would like is to be able to match the tasks set to the likes of each of the employees. **What problems is Gamifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gamifier has given out a positive attitude to the team spirit and a spirit of competition among the sales team. The automated mechanics help me reduce the time I would spend working on incentive programs, and the CRM interface means that all data is up to date. ### 2. Also i could monitor calls, emails, meeting very easily.The Visualization of Progress and Stages of a deal was an added benefit. **What do you dislike about Gamifier?** I felt that there was missing data for certain metrics with some filters. **What problems is Gamifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team uses this and i found the collaboration to be stronger which in turn builds team culture and a more ergonomic work environment. ### 3. The onboarding was easy, and if there is any question, the customer support team assists when asked to do so. **What do you dislike about Gamifier?** The analytics dashboard is quite disappointing compared to that of some of the other competitors. I cannot quickly see whether certain issues or points are affecting sales conduct or win percentages. **What problems is Gamifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been positive and effective in increasing team morale and enhancing the level of engagement. The directions inserted create the elements of competition and fun which helps reps to go further. ### 4. Without this deeper level of data, it becomes very difficult even to build the experience around the game to get the maximum benefit. **What problems is Gamifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gamifier assists me to fight the major problem of low motivation among the sales team. With friendly competition and incentive to perform certain actions, it has indeed increased engagement and activity level. ### 5. I was motivated to add more contacts and leads. It also assisted in sales cycles, I was competitive with coworkers about getting the shortest cycle. ### 6.
