I really value Galaxkey Secure Workspace for its granular permission controls and immutable access-logging functionality. I can restrict external auditors to view-only access for SOX compliance workpapers while keeping confidential client records hidden. The automatic logging of every file open and download serves as crucial audit evidence. I also rely heavily on its granular folder-level permission settings, which aid in setting up separate shared folders for auditors and locking away private client ledgers. Galaxkey Secure Workspace falls short on native accounting-software integration and customizable audit-log export formats. During our quarterly CPA audit, we couldn't directly pull updated general-ledger files into the workspace, and its raw log outputs required heavy reformatting to fit our SOX workpaper packages. Our lean firm has no dedicated in-house IT, so we manually rework these exports and transfer financial documents. This eats up valuable hours and creates extra stress when we are working to hit our firm's hard-set audit submission deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the easy-to-use end-to-end encryption of Galaxkey Secure Workspace. It is very valuable because it eliminates the need for complex technical configurations or the manual exchange of encryption keys. It integrates very well into the daily workflow, such as in Outlook or in a web environment, allowing any user to protect sensitive information or attachments with just a couple of clicks. Additionally, I found the initial setup really very easy since we have people who are IT specialists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel that the graphical interface can be a bit rigid and outdated compared to more modern platforms. Additionally, I found that the onboarding process for external users receiving an encrypted file for the first time can have a small learning curve, as it requires prior authentication. An even smoother integration and a more modern user interface would greatly improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Galaxkey’s end-to-end encryption and granular role-based permissions are its biggest strengths. They keep sensitive customs files, AEO certificates and trade records fully protected when shared with external carriers and European business partners. Comprehensive activity logs make audits against ISO 28000 far less time-consuming. The intuitive layout also lets our logistics team handle document sharing and teamwork smoothly throughout each workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no native connections to our logistics tracking and carrier management platforms. Processing large batches of customs documents runs slowly and feels awkward to operate. Custom reporting tools are too basic to create tailored summaries for AEO and ISO 28000 audits. In addition, the mobile version lags noticeably, which hinders staff working out in the field. I appreciate Galaxkey Secure Workspace's legally focused granular permission management and automated compliance auditing, which perfectly match our strict legal data protection needs. No other cloud tool I've tested lets me customize folder-level privileges as precisely, allowing me to control access to highly sensitive client case materials, which is a top priority for me. I can create independent encrypted workspaces for each litigation matter and manage access rights effectively, which keeps confidential records secure without complicated IT setup. Another standout feature is the built-in immutable audit logging, which automatically records all file actions with timestamps and user identities, saving me multiple work hours each month preparing compliance reports. I also value its secure link sharing functionality, with customizable expiration dates and access passwords, which prevents accidental data leaks better than standard email attachments. Its native file preview functionality has consistent limitations with uncommon legal file formats we regularly use. Our team frequently works with scanned court filing PDFs with layered legal exhibits, proprietary legal case management document formats, and old archived TIFF image files from closed legacy lawsuits. Many of these files fail to render correctly inside Galaxkey’s in-browser preview; team members are forced to fully download entire encrypted documents just to quickly skim content, which slows down routine file reviews and creates extra local file clutter on employee devices. I like that Galaxkey Secure Workspace is pretty simple and very intuitive, which means that there wasn't much of a learning curve for me. I appreciate the protection it offers against hacking and the interception of emails, as it gives me peace of mind knowing that when I send or receive files, I can trust their security. I find it valuable that I can immediately see when a document is being scanned and that it ensures my documents are trustworthy to open. It's worth every penny we pay for the peace of mind and security it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In addition to its strong encryption capabilities, I’ve continued to appreciate how seamlessly Galaxkey integrates into daily workflows. The ability to securely share files and emails with external partners remains a major advantage. I also value the consistent performance and the confidence it provides when handling sensitive data. Updates and improvements have maintained the platform’s reliability and usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the platform is very effective, the user interface could still be enhanced with a more modern and intuitive design. Improving onboarding resources or adding guided tutorials would also help new users get up to speed more quickly. Minor navigation improvements could further enhance the overall user experience. I like the high-level security offered by Galaxkey Secure Workspace, with its three-layer encryption technology ensuring that all uploaded files are automatically encrypted, which effectively prevents data from being accessed without permission. The AI-powered content detection is a game changer for me because it quickly analyzes content to identify potential security threats. I appreciate the convenient operation, designed based on user-friendliness, making it accessible for users who are tech-savvy as well as those with just basic browser experience. The powerful collaborative functions are impressive, allowing users to set up secure workspaces, support various file formats, and share large files conveniently. The initial setup is largely straightforward, which I find very valuable for individual users and teams. These features combined make Galaxkey Secure Workspace a highly valuable tool for maintaining data security and promoting efficient, secure work processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Performance Optimization: When multiple functional modules are opened simultaneously, the system resource occupancy rate is too high, which may cause the computer to heat up and run slowly, affecting the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Galaxkey Secure Workspace provides a very intuitive and secure way to manage sensitive data, emails, and documents. I especially like the end-to-end encryption and how seamlessly it integrates into day-to-day workflows without requiring complex configurations. The user interface is clean, and collaboration features make it easy to share information securely both within the team and with external partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial setup and onboarding process could be simplified further, especially for non-technical users. At times, the mobile application feels less responsive compared to the desktop version. Also, more integrations with third-party applications would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
