**What do you like best about HOPE?**

HOPE is a great software for NGOs and many other Organisations. I use it to manage the funds in and out of my Company and it provides great insights to Budget my Expenses.

**What do you dislike about HOPE?**

HOPE lacks modern Finance Management Software Capabilities of using Machine Learning to Predict the Funds for this month which could be a helpful feature to manage the Finances of the Organisation.

**What problems is HOPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HOPE is helping my Organisation to manage Finance in a systematic and Organised way which is an important part of any Organisation. I use it, especially for budget Allocation for Different Activities.

**What do you like best about HOPE?**

It helps in grants management for the whole cycle of the grant, from registering the application, evaluation, reporting and close out of the grant project. It gives opportunity to analyze the budgets of the grant projects, compare the approved amounts vs. reported, or modified if any. Hope gives opportunity to allocate several donor fundings for the project. In addition, the most important is that financial transactions are automatically done based on the grantee's expense reports. 
The steps of the grant management are delegated among different staff members (Financial manager, grants manager, accountant).
Also, the databases can be download from the spreadsheet in excel format. 
The administrative staff is very helpful and always respond on time, solve if any issues rise and provide different options for solutions.
Overall, it is software that helps on every step of grants cycle and makes monitoring process easier.

**What do you dislike about HOPE?**

HOPE is helpful for our organisation, it has all functions that are needed for grants administration. In case there is need of any additional function HOPE team provides support.

**What problems is HOPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HOPE helps in tracking expense reports of the grantee organisations, comparing approved budgets to actuals, allocate the funding sources and sending the information to finance department to complete the financial transactions according to IFRS accounting standards.
Also, it helps to check the contacts in terrorist checklists, which is automatically done during every payment request.

**What do you like best about HOPE?**

The best with the program is  its option for reporting. You can generate any kind of report based on your needs. I can also generate financial reports based on IFRS standards which is the great thing !

**What do you dislike about HOPE?**

Some operations go through different stages before the final approval like : Stage of evaluation,  approval etc. It takes time to go through this but I guess it is necessary

**What problems is HOPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hope is a great program for almost every kind of organization. It is complex: it  gives you platform for Grants management as well as for financial management. In minutes, user is enable to get a report and adjust it to his/her requirements. It also has PREsets - which is good for everyday routine  work

**What do you like best about HOPE?**

HOPE is designed in accordance with IFRS.. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. HOPE generates reports in excel. This is very convenient as it simplifies analytical work and the preparation of reports for different donors. HOPE team is very supportive. All required assistance is provided in a timely and professional manner.

**What do you dislike about HOPE?**

I dislike that Free JE has only 2 lines. Also, Dr and Cr should have the same T codes(#activity, #beneficiary). Sometimes we need more than 2 lines (with different T codes) to make JE. It would be nice if Free JE had no above mentioned limits.

**Recommendations to others considering HOPE:**

A team of professionals(HOPE Team) will make the process of setting up a new system as smooth and efficient as possible. All organizational needs and requirements will be considered.

**What problems is HOPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the problem of accounting and financial transactions for sub-grants' awards according to IFRS.

**What do you like best about HOPE?**

It is very similar to the software I used to work with before.  So it was easy to me to get used to it.

**What do you dislike about HOPE?**

Program takes time to process commands.  Search function could be more precise in terms of showing exact search results.

**Recommendations to others considering HOPE:**

I would advise it if the program meets their requirements

**What problems is HOPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am registering new contacts grant proposals, making payment requests as well as creating decision sessions and assigning grant proposals to relevant sessions.

Hope is comprehensive. all information is easy to find. Linked information is easy to find from one to another. Generating spreadsheet. Automatically checks contacts in SDN list in every payment request.
