What do you like best about FutureVault?

I have been using FutureVault to manage all document flow and data management for over a year as a family office, and I don't know how I would survive without it now. The ability to have signed agreements, monthly statements, accounting, and legal information all organized in one place saves me a significant amount of time each day. What do you dislike about FutureVault?

What do you like best about FutureVault?

What problems is FutureVault solving and how is that benefiting you?

documents in final form can be found on the vault so this makes my job more efficient. I can share folders of documents with people so that helps save time. I have our invoices going straight to the vault for year end tax filiing and i save contacts on my documents in case there are questions in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FutureVault?

The best thing I have used recently is Future Vault it is so handy to use without much worries. I easily share my data, confidential documents with my clients. The process is so Hassel free. It is similar to storage facility like drives. But I find it quite more interesting than other apps bcoz of few different features it supports.By being able to securely acess my documents, and Hassel free, I can easily have confedntial things kept here. What do you dislike about FutureVault?

The main problem of how to store documents securely is completely solved. Security of FutureVault is top notch and a widely needed solution in today's virtual world. While the security is amazing, the benefits go way beyond with automated workflows and API's. We have eliminated many manual processes and continue to work towards eliminating more. What do you like best about FutureVault?

Future Vault delivers a collaborative, secure document-sharing experience while maintaining a user-friendly environment. We were excited that they offered a highly customizable taxonomy as well as guidance to create the digital ecosystem that fits our firm. We have appreciated the help center, webinars, and Zoom check-ins with Brittani and Caroll! What do you dislike about FutureVault?

I would like to see notifications in the vault not only when I upload a document but also when clients upload a document. While I do receive an email notification, it would be nice to see a drop-down in the vault that says I have unread or new items to view for a specific client. Future Vault has provided an easy, safe document sharing and storing solution. As some CRM's have limited storage it is great to have additional storage and optional vaults to choose from. Essential Vault is perfect for all clients and Premium is a good fit for those who want to take organizing their files to the next level. What do you like best about FutureVault?

The ability to easily share and deposit documents with our clients directly in their vaults, in bulk, with the click of a few buttons is a complete game-changer for our internal workflows. The continual addition of new feature sets and enhancements is always fun to see in our vault dashboard!
