**What do you like best about Futr?**

The dashboard is really user-friendly and intuitive - less time required for training as it's super simple. The interface on the end user side is great. It's such a great resource and we've only really scratched the surface yet. Alice is honestly amazing and provides great customer service - she's always enthusiastic, happy to help, really informative and goes the extra mile. She's a real joy to speak to and is always full of great suggestions and ideas for how to make things better/easier.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

It would be handy to see a summary of transcripts rather than the complicated titles it generates. It would be great to be able to resend an invite if someone we've added hasn't picked up the link in time, rather than have to delete them and re-add. Very small niggles though!

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing out-of-hours multi-lingual knowledge base for end users which saves time and staff resources while also being useful for quick access to info for new staff dealing with frontline queries.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

This is a great, customer friendly chatbot that is very easy to use.  I really like how it identifies unanswered questions so that we can continually review and improve on this area of customer service.  The system itself is easy to navigate and is easy to update and make changes.  The dashboard provided is great for monitoring and providing feedback.
Alice is an absolute pleasure to work with and nothing is ever a problem.  She is so helpful, patient and accommodating.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

There is nothing that I dislike, Futr are constantly reviewing their services and systems and continually introducing new items to the platform.

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The chatbot provides quick and straightforward answers to the questions that our customers are asking without them having to contact the office or search through our website.  It is also a great tool for identifying the type of queries our customers want answered allowing us to adopt our communications and services.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

The interface, customer support and user experience are all fantastic. Alice (customer Success Director) is also utterly great and constantly able to give us new ideas. She is also a wealth of technical knowledge and manages even the most accute questions with ease. Futr is great to work with!

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

Futr can require maintenance and work, but the tools provided to make that as easy as possible are truly excellent.

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Futur provides an avenue for users to ask for help, get information and be signposted in a superbly natural way. This takes strain off of other services and reduces friction for users.

It provides another way for customers to comtact you
Has the auto chat option for when the office is closed so 24/7 service

Occasionally have issues with chat notifications not comin through or coming late for some agents

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has given customers another channel to contact us, some customers prefer to chat to an agent on the live chat or use the autobot instead of calling the office, so this allows them to do so.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

Futr has really helped us to answer our customer questions in a natural and human way- we've given the chatbot a persona and we've adapted all the answers to our tone of voice. We absolutely love how it learns from all the questions asked and really helps us to make sure we have those answers in an accessible and customer focused way.
The support we've had from Alice and the team at Futr from the moment we set up our chatbot has been brilliant, really getting great tips and advice from experts has made a huge difference

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

To be honest, I've not found a downside- I guess it would be good if the floating hot topics on desktop worked on mobile but I get why it doesn't and the alternative carousel solution within the chatbot is good!

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly Futr is providing information to our customers when they ask for it (and learning from questions we don't have the answers to). Most of the time teh information is somewhere on our website, but the chatbot allows the customer to just word the question how they want, get the answer and then not have to speak to a customer service rep. This really frees up the time for our help team to be available for customers that really need help rather than just providing information.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

Futr has allowed our organisation to try new ways of speaking to our customers and helping them, but also the fact they are a company that clearly care about their customers, they know what they are doing and they are great to work with in general

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

I can't think of anything I dislike, if there have ever been issues or queries we have had, they are always looked at and resolved super quickly and efficiently

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability for customers to self-serve where possible and get answers quickly, and be pointed in the right direction. The main issue was that customers were having to wait a long time to speak to customer service due to demand and resource, and a lot of the calls were based on simple questions that could be answered via the website or via a form. The Chatbot means that the customer can get answers at any time, even outside of opening hours to help with whatever they need.

Futr has brought about a way of working the allows the company to upload relevent/current infrmation for our customers to view before making that decision to call in.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

Easy to use and configure - allows multiple team members to review transcripts and keep the question library updated. Having a chatbot that is clunky or difficult to maintain would make it less likely to stay relevant so this is an important factor for me.

Excellent support from account team - we have regular calls with our colleagues at Futr to discuss performance and ideas for improving usage and confidence rates. Always positive and focused on making the experience better for both ourselves and the end-users.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

No real dislikes - couple of things I believe are currently in development with Futr that would be good to see (i.e. drilling down in more detail on abandoned contacts and long waits so the particular instances can more easily be indentified etc.). Always have a positive response from Futr when I raise suggestions, so I am confident that developments will continue into the future.

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-service and a live chat - this option for our customers is now an expectation and it's important we are able to provide a route for those people who wish to use it. From our perspective, it also helps to drive down phone-calls by enabling self-service, and online interactions.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

Working with an excellent team. The support not only from our CSM but the technical team is fantastic - they can't do enough for us! Other key factors are that it's really easy to use - the interface is very user-friendly and has a lot of functionality - the language support is great. I love that Futr is a developing product and they're always keen to share new functions by communicating in person - so it's not reliant on me having time to spend in the platform checking for notifications and reading guides.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

It took us a little longer than expected to get on the platform but that was because we had some customisation (which we got great support on achieveing and has since been made part of the product) and a couple of teething issues around launching on a single page application site (e.g. the tag wasn't firing because there wasn't a new page load event). For a simple integration it would be really easy and quick.

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Futr is enabling us to answer simple, commonly asked questions on chat and freeing up our customer service agents to answer more complex questions. It's also a useful tool to see what pain points people are encountering in their online journey - unanswered questions are logged for review, and can be easily added to the bank of automatic responses. The language function allows our CS team to speak to people in their native language, enabling us to help a broader and more diverse range of customers.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

One that i love about Futr ir that it is very easy to create chatbot automation and the ability to integrate with other platforms, which helps a lot when you use a lot of data. Other programs are very hard or complex to configure so it's something that Futr can be differentiated from.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

Having better support and detailed resources on using the platform would be great. I did not have any problems with that because I have some experience in this, but for other people, it may be difficult to understand, I would not say hard because the platform gives a lot of information, but it may take a little more.

**What problems is Futr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Find a way to connect to our clients and know exactly how they feel and what we can do to help them. Futr automates this to allow us to spend more time on other activities.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

Futrs Chatbot allowed us to introduce an additional communication channel for our out-of-hours 24/7 service. Alice worked closely with us from day one to evaluate how our clients interacted with us before and after the introduction of Chatbot, clearly understanding our brief and working with us to flex and adapt as we required. 
Alice has been supportive and guided us throughout the process. She is currently collaborating with us on a trial of the chatbot in another area of our business.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

There isn’t anything. The back-office function of the system is easy to navigate, and Futr seems keen to review, test and make systems improvements based on the feedback they receive.

To reduce general queries quickly so there are no delay in the clients treatment.

Futrs chat services platform is ideal for customer-centric chat services. It provides automated suggestions and answers fulfilling customer needs, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

Nothing as such will keep you posted if there are any drawbacks. The only concern is since it's an automated service, there might be no relevant answer to customer query.

It solves customer queries automatically, making the workload of customer service easier and hassle-free. Also, the service is available 24*7, so the customer is always much satisfied

The ability to integrate with key customer access points such as WhatsApp and Social media. We have been able to bring new ways to our customers to contact us.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

There isnt anything that i could say I dislike as they are continuing to test and improve their system.

We have been able to open up new channels of communication for our customers to report repairs to us, rather than ringing up a traditional call centre which were struggling with long wait times.

The product is customisable to our needs as a small organisation supporting a wide community, and the service is excellent, with personable, supportive staff. It's also great that there are expansion options that can be tailored to us as we grow, such as social media integration and live chat.

Nothing 'unhelpful', just being aware that you have to build a broad content/knowledge base to get the best out of the product.

a wide range of options in order to provide an AI chatbot service for customer service teams and also has so many options such as chatbot automation, multi-lingual chat, and many other options

the main thing I dislike about futr is that the AI chatbot has a limited number of responses in some cases and only respond limited and sometimes the customers are left without a solution

it is cutting the cost of expenses in order to meet the requirements of the customers 24/7 and help to generate leads and also is effective for companies who cannot hire a large support team

Helps a lot in providing customer support seamlessly and efficiently without the actual presence of a customer care executive 24/7. It really gets the job done

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

Too much automation can negatively impact the customer experience. Also, some legacy customer support services are difficult to automate fully.

It provides automated AI-based 24/7 readily available customer support service with the minimal presence of Customer care executives. It thus helps in gaining trust of the customers by letting them connect with the service teams seamlessly

Automated customer support 24/7. Improved customer interactions with automated responses all round the clock. Lesser queue time for customers

Complex Issues are difficult to automate. Also, AI cant handle sensitive issues

Automate the tedious process of customer service. Provides availability even when there is no human workforce to answer the calls and support. It provides multilingual support for easy support for customers dealing in languages other than English

We've been working with Futr to set up and develop our chatbot and live chat services. As a result, we now have an adaptable and intuitive system for our customers and employees.  

The Futr team are always helpful and continue to provide guidance and support as we work together to enhance these services.

There's nothing to dislike but we're looking forward to future iterations and developments.

The Futr chatbot tool is intuitive and functional. The team is reactive to questions and feedback and open to ideas for future development.

We're waiting to see how smart the built in AI is but nothing to dislike yet.

We receive an overwhelming number of enquiries, but the chatbot is now reducing this and helping many of our website visitors.

**What do you like best about Futr?**

Futr is an agile organisation. They assigned a Customer Success manager who has worked closely with us to implement and adapt the product to meet our needs.

**What do you dislike about Futr?**

We've not experienced any problems with the organisation, staff or product.

We are using Futr's chatbot to offer our clients access to our knowledge bank and livechat to reduce the number of telephone calls we receive.
