It is used across the entire organization. We wanted a cloud hosted VOIP solution to enable an increasingly mobile workforce. It is used for call centers as well as individual's phones. Messaging is being used by a smaller group currently but expects that it could grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We find Fuze to be a great fit our organizations since we do not have a lot of IT employees. The use of the system is super easy and simple and can adjust with the organization's development. The integrations are very useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
