It used to be affordable and came with support, but then they changed their model and no longer provide support. They do have a great connector for Looker Studio, but there are limits on how much data you can connect from each platform, which is the same issue with other ETL tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Funnel? They have time zone issues with their support. At the core, they are just an ETL tool, so you can’t do much beyond that. They charge fees even for basic connectors like Power BI. Their new models are expensive, and they also require a 30-day notice for cancellations. Their support, especially Hannah, is not very friendly. Unfortunately, the software is not very scalable when connecting to different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
