Early Payment Discounts Applied to Our Service Fee:

- Net 0 Payment: Receive a 5% discount on our service fee when you pay immediately
- Prepaid/Upfront Payment: Receive a 15% discount on our service fee when you pay upfront

Pricing Example: Developer Earning $5,000/month

- Standard (Net 30): $5,000 × 18% = $900 service fee
- Net 0 Payment: $900 - (5% discount) = $855 service fee → Save $45
- Prepaid/Upfront: $900 - (15% discount) = $765 service fee → Save $135

Minimum Fee: $400

Recruiting Services

- 60-Day Guarantee: 12.5% of annual salary
- 90-Day Guarantee: 15% of annual salary

Full Replacement & Reimbursement Guarantee

- Coverage Period: 60 or 90 days from start date (based on selected package)
- All-Reason Protection: Replacement or reimbursement for any reason including performance issues, cultural fit, voluntary resignation, or termination
- Free Replacement: We'll source and place a qualified replacement candidate at no additional recruiting fee
