They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about FT TMS?** 1. Analytics and Dashboards. 2. User friendly and ease of use. 3. Multiple filter options make the search simple. 4. Great backend support. 5. Ease of doing integration with your software. 6. Have a variety of features available with them. **What do you dislike about FT TMS?** By adding a few new features that are running in the industry, they can become a tough competitor for the simple solution provider. For example, they don't have the capability to map multiple routes for any movement and can suggest the best/shortest/fastest route to follow by the driver. **What problems is FT TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. We are using Freight Tiger for tracking the Full truck load shipment by SIM-based tracking & F-Tag tracking. 2. With the notification and alerts provided by FT during any deviation by the Truck driver, we can connect and ask for challenges in real-time. 3. Fetching the report to check completed and ongoing trips, and taking out the analysis of the number of deviations occurred on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 4. With the help of this, we have implemented an in-house vendor rating system with which we can select the vendors as per their TAT efficiency. ### 2.
