Their technical support is incredible, their "one user" model is awesome, and they're forward-thinking with support for terraform. In our market analysis for a more flexible solution than what we were currently using, Frontegg stood out with the way they think about user identity management, and with how responsive and helpful they are from the top down. They are still a young company, and as such some of their functionality is a little inflexible (supporting only a few use cases), some of their naming of things is inconsistent between the API and UI, and there are a few more (mostly minor) bugs than you'd expect in a mature solution. It was really easy for me to integrate frontegg and get quick value from it. We needed a user management platform quick and were able to sign up and get started within a few days. The support in the community was really excellent as well and they answered all of my questions

Frontegg is the best user management platform I used. its so easy to use, the ux is great, and it has so many features in one place. I customised my own login and sign up form in something like 5 minutes - chose sign up fields, theme (vivid theme is so good!), added social logins and more. its super easy and nice to use.
