What I like most about Fresho is that it brings ordering, stock management, and invoicing together in one system. Once everything is set up properly, it makes the day-to-day workflow feel far more organised and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial setup and integration with QuickBooks took longer and was more complicated than expected, with several issues that delayed our go-live. Fresho’s digital picking has transformed our day-to-day operations at Shrub, eliminating manual admin around shorts and additions and helping our customer service and packing teams work more efficiently together. AI OrderPilot has made processing email and WhatsApp orders faster and more accurate, reducing manual entry errors and freeing up valuable time for our team to focus on customers rather than the admin of order processing.
