He has been incredibly patient, professional, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions. His support has been outstanding, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers get the most out of the platform. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, and his prompt responses and expertise have given us great confidence. A huge thank you, Jacob, for all your hard work and dedication. We worked with Fred and Alex; both visited us on-site, were instrumental during implementation, and continue to support the team with quick fixes and new features. **What do you dislike about Fresho?** Nothing to dislike.
