Framer Reviews & Product Details

Framer is the perfect tool for anyone looking to go from 0-1 with their website regardless of experience level. Their interface, YouTube tutorials, and community makes learning both basic and more advanced features a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing for me to dislike about Framer, but since they recently pivoted to a web design tool, they're a relatively new product. Because of that, there are some features missing, but I also know that they're working hard and shipping updates like no other company. So whatever I, or any other designer in their community is missing, I'm sure will be addressed soon enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a seasoned designer always on the lookout for innovative tools, Framer.com instantly grabbed my attention. This powerful web design platform is more than just a design tool - it's a complete ecosystem that revolutionizes the way websites are created and published. Right now I think what I dislike most is the cost. The pricing plan are quite expensive especially for someone like in that lives in Nigeria Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Comparing it with its competitors I feel like framer is very easy to use and go live with website very quickly. I've used their competitors too like webflow, but I felt like framer is good, and the themes that are there on framer have better options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially I felt sad that it doesn't have html export option but later I felt okay that I can use their hosting option which is not costlier comparing it with the hosting providers like godaddy and namecheap Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried different web creation platforms throughout the last few years and Framer is a place where I feel most confident and capable while creating websites from scratch. I feel like the possibilities there are endless and everything that I can think of regarding design solutions can be made without having to know how to code. On top of that, Framer has the best community of designers that are supporting each other on social media and the library of various remixes and templates keeps spreading like a storm. What a place to bring my ideas to reality. Big up, Framer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Until now, I have not found anything that I would dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The incredibly control you have over everything in a drag and drop interface makes it fun to create for the web again. It's also incredibly quick to go from idea to fully built website in an afternoon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rarely anything. Perhaps that the product is still so young that it lacks some features but those are all being taken care of every week with incredible updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Figma plugin allows me to convert my designs to code seamlessly. This is incredible as a starting point when creating a Framer website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some parts can be buggy and will need a little bit of manual intervention when using the Figma Plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to quickly create custom components for unique experiences. Out of the box speed and optimisation that framer does on the background. And ability or import designs from Figma. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their CMS tool is great but is lacking. Also roles and permissions need to be updated I want to invite guests to only edit CMS nf that would mean paying for an entire editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Framer has been the most interesting software program I've used in a very long time. As a SaaS founder, I know how important it is to move quickly and ship stuff, and that's exactly what Framer enables you to do. It makes developing your website so easy that it's not uncommon to go from idea > publish to production in just a few hours. Besides that, it just gives you so much power that you don't even need to be able to write code or understand how the code structure of a website works. You just need to design and ship it :) Furthermore, the community and company is one of the most helpful environments to be a part of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really couldn't tell anything bad about it. They might be young, but have a very sophisticated product already and at the speed with which they develop, this will only get better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Framer has made it possible to convert our designs into an actual website even more easily without any coding. This allows me to work faster and help more customers. It is also very easy to explain Framer to customers, allowing them to make adjustments themselves Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because it is still fairly young, it is not yet as far along as Webflow in some respects. As a result, we sometimes have to take a diversion or try something different. But most of the time we figure it out and succeed in another way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use. Every element has been thought out with original ways to abstract problems other no-code websites make very difficult to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still has work to expand on the full capabilities that Webflow has since there are abstractions made in Framer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
