La aplicación está en linea permitiendo ser vista desde cualquier plataforma digital (teléfono, tablet, pc). Hay que destacar que con tanta información uno se marea en un principio, pero después de capacitarse y usar el sistema se hace cada vez mas fácil y te des cuenta lo práctico que es. Una vez dominado te permite sacar análisis de trabajos, obtener indicadores, rejar asignados mantenciones y recordatorios de vencimiento o registros, todo esto permite dejar las cosas programadas, ordenadas y archivadas, permitiendo revisar a futuro.

Cabe destacar que a medida que uno va agregando equipos, recintos, etc. el sistema se va complementando cada vez más, permitiendo acortar tiempos por solicitudes de información, etc. incluso el equipo te avisa cuando estas atrasado con alguna actividad, te indica tiempos de equipos fuera de servicio o incluso te permite saber de manera mas general a la detallada cual es el estado de los activos. Lo único que podría comentar es que el dashboard no puede ser asignado a una persona, sino que está a los activos, esto me impide ver mi cantidad de trabajo y veo la de los activos. Además siempre debes estar conectado a internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lo que me gusta de fracttal es que permite gestionar el mantenimiento de una forma eficaz, a poder jerarquizar de buena manera los activos. La forma en que se generan las OT's. Esto porque si se inicia un plan de tareas a nivel macro se pueden asociar varios activos a ésta, pero un activo no puedo asociarlo a mas planes de tareas. Otro punto que encontre es que para subir datos a la plataforma es necesaria una conexion a internet lo que dificulta el monitoreo en partes que se encuentra señales caidas. The great things about Fracttal is that all assets are very well organized and structured, so it can help my manager to have a great view about them, also, the software capacity about section views and accesses according to user permissions allow us to work with the client efficiently.

The web client has few problems, but the one that excels is the tree view, both in assets and locations. The view is not a user-friendly view, I mean, the user must click on every location to see what's inside. The best view would be that user just click once and the selected location deploys all locations linked to it.

Desde mi posición no tengo problemas. Salvo que en la actualidad aún no se puede utilizar Teams, cuya finalidad es de gran importancia en el área de RR.HH. un gran valor agregado la verdad! Después de recibir la capacitación de Fracttal y conocer ampliamente las capacidades de esta plataforma considero que es la mejor plataforma para gestión de activos, esta orientado a una grata experiencia de usuario sin descuidar las funcionalidades que la gestión de activos requiere.

Por mi parte Miguel Bustamante no me disgusta nada, encuentro que el software es muy esencial y practico dentro del area de la mantencion ya que ofrece un sin fin de actividades, tales como las tareas de mantencion, los activos, las herramientas dentro de nuestra empresa. I think that what gives fractal an advantage over other maintenance monitoring programs also works against it and that is that it only lets you enter data with an internet connection, they should look for the option of working offline and then back feeding the system in the Red.

Some other things that I didn't like very much about the fractal software is not being able to correct or enter data in the monitoring to have an old database.

It must be corrected that some work orders that have already been generated due to time compliance or kilometers cannot be regenerated because it would be repeated.

Es un software que está muy bien estructurado, le da la prioridad a los activos, la relación con los recursos en base a las tareas de mantenimiento hacen muy intuitiva la generación de Ordenes de Trabajo. It is an excellent software to have good control of all assets, since it is an easy to use and apply tool, it can be installed on a mobile phone or Tablet to work directly in the field, which is where maintenance is carried out.
