I appreciated the clear structure, smooth registration and abstract submission processes, and the flexibility in managing participants and content. Some specific features were missing or limited at times (e.g. invoice editing, form flexibility), but in every case, the customer support team helped me find a workable solution. Moreover, I appreciated that some of these functions were gradually introduced during the course of organizing the event, which shows that the platform is actively evolving based on user feedback.
