In fall 2022 I purchased a contract for my business, using the HR and HotSchedules services with Fourth. Throughout the next several months there were several issues present where Fourth employees were responsible for large financial mistakes that cost me time and money and requires me to request thousands of dollars of refunds. These include errors in payroll processing (e.g.- paying the wrong pay rate to employees, changing pay rates, paying terminated employees, etc). Additionally, several times I was told vastly different pieces of information on the system capabilities and the answers continuously changed depending on who I was speaking with.
I was forced, because of the continuous financial errors, to have to cancel my contract in June 2023. Solutions were not continuously met, errors continued to occur, payroll continued to be incorrectly created. I was informed that my contract would be terminated on a call on April 12 and final termination meeting on May 31 effective July 1. This was not done, and now I am being informed that, despite the reason for cancelling being due to the above company errors, my contract is cancelled effective in 2025 and I am required to pay them for the next 2 years despite not being able to use their services and being informed my access is revoked in their system.
