Forum Infotech is overall a very good service Provider. But it is in the support area that they need to focus on and that is why may not be comparable with other global leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forum Info-Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?

The server for the accounting application was setup by Forum Info-tech. They are making sure that all our servers, network and workstations are up and running. Since the application was custom made most of our day to day problems were solved. We realized significant FTE savings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
