Forum Info-Tech helped us in the hosting an application on cloud. The application name cannot be shared though. It was a great help for us as the product was custom made as per our business requirements.

**What do you like best about Forum Info-Tech?**

The best thing about Forum Info-tech is that they customize the solution only after thoroughly understanding the business goals.

**What do you dislike about Forum Info-Tech?**

One thing I disliked about Forum Info-tech is the lack proper communication during the setup.

**Recommendations to others considering Forum Info-Tech:**

Forum Infotech is overall a very good service Provider. But it is in the support area that they need to focus on and that is why may not be comparable with other global leaders.

**What problems is Forum Info-Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The server for the accounting application was setup by Forum Info-tech. They are making sure that all our servers, network and workstations are up and running. Since the application was custom made most of our day to day problems were solved. We realized significant FTE savings.
