What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I liked the way I could build documents in Word and link in fields and data points from Salesforce. Having the option to show and hide content based on logic was really beneficial. Creating templates in Microsoft Word was really easy, and the Salesforce fields allowed me to pull in data from opportunities to personalize documents for customers. The logic feature meant we could automatically show the right terms and conditions for different products based on the selected fields in Salesforce. The initial setup of Titan Docs was pretty easy. What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

I found it hard to get the documents' names to be set correctly when I created them in Salesforce. The way that new documents are assigned to existing users was a bit unintuitive; there were two screens that look the same, but one works and the other doesn't. What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I enjoy how Titan Docs integrates seamlessly with Salesforce to prefill data, which significantly speeds up internal processing and prevents customers from duplicating entries. This has massively streamlined our workflow, making life better for both internal and external stakeholders. The Salesforce integration is one of the best and most robust I've seen, allowing us to utilize many layers deeply, which other integrations don't offer. Titan also feels like an unlimited tool in how it references different objects and child objects. I find that, once set up with help, Titan Docs allows for easier processes down the line. Their support is great, which helps a lot if you have complex use cases, and they even assist you during calls by doing some of the setups, which is really fantastic. What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

Titan Docs has a faster learning curve than the Titan Forms side. I would prefer not to have to reach out to support as often for tasks. If use cases are complicated, you might need to reach out to support, which can save you time figuring out how to solve use cases. What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I appreciate Titan Docs for its competitive pricing and robust feature set. I also like the professional guided support and the abundance of training resources available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

It's a complex system to learn, so there's a steep learning curve. The training resources and professional support are helpful, but because of the depth of the system it can be tricky to troubleshoot problems with the system. What would be most helpful would be live chat or even an AI chat bot that is trained on troubleshooting the Titan system. Because of the difference in working hours, if we encounter an issue with the system, it could be hours or days before we're able to connect with a Titan support tech to answer our questions. Very challenging initial setup, it took us nearly 6 months to launch our form to our production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I find Titan Forms super helpful, especially in the nonprofit space, because it's low cost and has a lot of really nice features. I like that it enables the quick creation of visually appealing forms. The integration with Salesforce is really strong, allowing me to query, insert, and update records seamlessly. It's great that I can incorporate payment gateways like Stripe effortlessly. I appreciate how it lets me create lightweight external portals without requiring additional licensing, which we usually need from something like Salesforce Experience Cloud. I also think Titan as a company provides really great support, with a network and customer success team that ensures customer success. Finally, there's a lot of good documentation and a learning academy which are great resources to use before needing to contact support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I like that fact the software comes with Titan Academy, it's rare that software providers include in-depth training facilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

I do find Titan to be quite slow when using the add-in within Word, there's also a lot of 'pre work' to be done to pull through relevant fields, our Salesforce has a lot of objects which link through to our matters (Matters for us is essentially a lead in SF) so having to use hidden fields to link the objects does take a lot more time than our current CMS/requires a mindset change in learning how to create documents.
