What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I appreciate Titan Docs for its competitive pricing and robust feature set. I also like the professional guided support and the abundance of training resources available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

It's a complex system to learn, so there's a steep learning curve. The training resources and professional support are helpful, but because of the depth of the system it can be tricky to troubleshoot problems with the system. What would be most helpful would be live chat or even an AI chat bot that is trained on troubleshooting the Titan system. Because of the difference in working hours, if we encounter an issue with the system, it could be hours or days before we're able to connect with a Titan support tech to answer our questions. Very challenging initial setup, it took us nearly 6 months to launch our form to our production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Titan AI Studio is already live in Experience Studio, and while Docs-specific AI support is still being shaped, we are excited about where chat-based guidance can take the product in the future.
