I would not recommend Formsite to anyone. They do not respect businesses and will unilaterally make decisions without regard for their customers or their data. They adjusted their policy with only 3 weeks notice and will no longer allow storage of credit card details in their system. More importantly, they are going to auto-delete all data without a plan in place to help businesses deal or cope with this huge shift in policy. This organization is showing zero empathy or class in how they are handling this. They can and will just auto-delete all your data without caring about your business or their promises. When asked about an extension or why more notice was not given, they showed zero class and said our request did not warrant a reply. Today, it's their credit card feature. What will it be tomorrow? I would never recommend building your business with Formsite as a tool as they can and will unilaterally decide to delete your data without your consent at their whim. This has nothing to do with PCI compliance - they can hide behind that all they want, but the real truth is they did not want to build a secure vault; this tells me more about Formsite than even this decision. It was also the first solution I found that allowed applicants pay online to a variable value depending on the requirements of the trader. The competition is able to innovate faster with upgrades, user interface, and integration capabilities with other software at a pricing plan that makes more sense than Formsite. Formsite is a powerful tool with limitless applications in a sales environment. Almost every aspect is customizable. Building forms has been made easy by access to multiple templates, as well as a drag-and-drop feature. Formsite has plenty of integrations with other powerhouse software such as Salesforce. Depending on your subscription level, there is even an API option. Very easy to create simple effective forms and the integrations that they have works very well. We have very set up the forms to send email notifications to multiple recipients. I've been using Formsite for years now. I just returned to the platform to create a form after having not used it for a while. The integrations are seamless with Google and Mailchimp and Dropbox.
