You can even build an online shop within the form. How cool is that? You can also customize almost everything on your form. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** Sadly, I'm experiencing some issues while using the logic feature. It will put together different conditions that aren't even similar. That breaks the whole logic thing sometimes. In addition, you can select multiple payment options when choosing to pay by another option. I'm also experiencing some translation issues in german. **Recommendations to others considering forms.app:** forms.app is similar to typeform or google forms, but less limited. You have access to great analytics, such as where the people that open your form are. Integrates with Zapier, which was really important to us, as we depend on the forms for various things. 3. Option for a simplified Free Version, allowing us to try out the product without the stree of time limits 4. Lots of options for field types, especially the Product Basket one, which will be very useful for us later on, and which I haven't seen in other competitors. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** 1. So, I've done the manual way. A couple of months ago, some design changes in the responses area (expanding the multiple-answers questions) made each row height enormous. I prefer the old way, where it looked like a compact spreadsheet. Also, a great improvement (I had to do it using G-Spreadsheets) is a reporting tool.
