## About Form Engine
Form Engine turns Quickbase into a self-service front door for everyone outside your company. Suppliers, contractors, employees, dealers, partners, and customers get their own branded portal where they can submit forms, upload documents, complete agreements, and check status in real time, all transacting directly against your Quickbase apps without becoming Quickbase users themselves. The problem it solves is the work that still happens outside the system of record. Onboarding packets, W-9s, COIs, certifications, renewals, orders, and requests get handled over email, PDFs, and spreadsheets, then someone rekeys the results into Quickbase. That means duplicate data entry, version confusion, errors, and constant status chasing. Form Engine replaces that with live, validated data flowing straight into your Quickbase apps. Every submission is captured at the source, workflows fire underneath each portal, and executed PDFs are auto-generated and filed in your system, so the official document and the structured data both live in one place. The approach is patented (filed 2019, granted 2023). Six packaged solutions ship pre-built and are then branded and customized for you: Supplier, Contractor, Employee, Dealer/Partner, and Customer portals, plus a QR Asset portal that turns equipment, vehicles, and facilities into scannable transaction points. Deployment takes days, not months, and you don't need to be a builder to get started.

**What do you like best about Form Engine?**

I like the integrations with Quickbase. I like the AI intelligence they have with SPARK. Form Engine has a very supportive team that help with trouble shooting and questions. Form Engine has helped digitize our forms from manual filling out Pdfs.

**What do you dislike about Form Engine?**

I would like more transparency on releases or what is being enhanced.

**What problems is Form Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A legacy, manual New to Network Provider Intake process required Providers to submit 3-9 available forms. In a Month, we receive approximately 280 provider requests, creating a high-volume process that previously relied on fillable PDFs and email.
