We used Forget Computers for supporting the Macs in our creative departments (approx 15 Macs) from 2005–2013. They gave us stellar support remotely and came in regularly to maintain our machines. I especially appreciated the vast knowledge and network of information they offered related to our InDesign/InCopy workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forget Computers?

The vast knowledge of Mac workflows. The human touch and friendly demeanor brought to the "helpdesk" experience—greatly appreciated by all team members. Also their willingness to trouble-shoot methodically to get to the bottom of every issue was priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
