Maybe the way the support works. It could use some work. As well as the user side works, it might be good to have more developer support. **Recommendations to others considering iGo:** It is the easiest means of doing things. Very well organized. **What problems is iGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that we solve are the underwriting parts of work. We can file claims much easier through Copernicus and have made it much easier and a much smoother process. ### 2. It acts as the source for computing the insured details. **What do you dislike about iGo?** While retrieving the data from the source, we don't have the options to filter the similar kind of things. There is no trail version provided in order to check the functionality. **Recommendations to others considering iGo:** One can access any type of claims on the go **What problems is iGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using the Copernicus, we can able to handle multiple type of claims like life, health and pension insurances. It provides the entire things about the health insurance administration. It provides more options inbuilt so that the time to clear the claims in very short time. ### 3. Historical data not being stored on app for future reference. I key in all necessary information then send the customer. **What do you like best about iGo?** I like that it is easy for the customer to open and review the application. It is safe and easy for for them to review the information , then they sign with their mouse. I get notified when they are done. If they have an issue opening, I also get notified that they are having an issue. **What do you dislike about iGo?** I cannot say there is anything I dislike about this product, I have not had any issues with this.
