I signed up for their research tool, Spyder, a few months ago, and I still haven't received what I paid for. For an additional $99 a month, I am supposed to be able to monitor 10 brands. However, over the past few months, I have been unable to access 3 of the 10 brands I am paying for. I contacted customer service, and they said they are working on a new build but couldn't provide specifics. It's a huge waste of money, and I am frustrated that the service is still being sold in this broken state. It's not right, and I haven't heard back from customer service since. I wish there was a report or flag to start working through the spam/false info ads that tend to be in every search. Because of this issue, I would be weary of providing access to clients in case they happen upon those ads. It is also hard to share public links with clients for them to reference.
